SexyBack Boot Camp Fitness Class: 

A combination circuit class that includes everything from cardio to weight trainig, all in a single workout session.  All levels welcome.  Classes run in a 6 week session

 

Pilates Class:

A strengthening & stretching class that uses continuous motion to tone your muscles.  It improves coordination, respiration, posture and alignment.  Pilates also reduces stress and helps you feel energized.

 

Kick & Tone:

Combination class consisting of both kickboxing and toning to create a cardio & sculpting class.

 

Circuit Class:  

Burn fat and tone up in this cardio/toning class.  The closest thing to having a personal trainer, only it is in a group setting.

 

 

 

Hatha Yoga Class:   

This ancient practice can help bring balance to both your body and mind.  Learn to develop physical strength, suppleness and balance necessary to perform classical postures.  Ask for pricing.

 

Golf Fitness Clinic:    

Recondition your body to enhance your golf performance by May in this 3 part sport specific series.  This Clinic will focus on Flexibility & Stability, Strength & finally Power.  Reduce the risk of injury, improve your posture, increase your endurance & strengthen your over all body.  Clinic runs in sessions call for class price & start dates.

 

Quick-Fit 30-Minute Toning Class: 

Short on time?  Give us 30 minutes and we will tone up those arms, abs & legs!  This class runs in 6 week sessions!  Don't miss out on this awesome toning class!  Call for pricing & to register.
