Spin classes require a sign up to secure a bike. Please email stacy@customfittraining.com or call my cell phone (or text) 734-231-4132 to sign up. There is a sign up at the front desk you can put your name down when you are in the studio. Please note that if you are not there at the start of class your bike will be given up to anyone waiting. Please call or email if you won't be attending so we can open up your spot :) Thanks.

PowerFit 30:
If you want to get in your cardio and your toning and get it done fast, this class is for you.
No fooling around here! Get in & Get it done in just 30 minutes. Burn Fat & Tone Up!
Can be modified for all levels.
3-2-1:
My new favorite workout is to follow this format....3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of Abs! This is the format throughout the class! Love it! Awesome workout :)
Bosu Body Blast:
One of our favorite tools at the studio is the Bosu! This class incorporates the Bosu thru the entire class! The bonus of utilizing the bosu is that your core is being challenged the whole time! You can expect a full body workout in this class!
Spin & Sculpt:
A Combo class of both indoor cycling and weight training /toning! Full body workout. This is a 55 minute workout.
Spin & Abs:
This is a 40-min spin/ride with Ab training at the end for 15 minutes.
SexyBack Boot Camp Fitness Class:
A combination circuit class that includes everything from cardio to weight trainig,
all in a single workout session. All levels welcome.
YogaFit Class:
YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. The YogaFit style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.
Golf Fitness Clinic:
Recondition your body to enhance your golf performance by May in this 3 part sport specific series. This Clinic will focus on Flexibility & Stability, Strength & finally Power. Reduce the risk of injury, improve your posture, increase your endurance & strengthen your over all body. Clinic runs in sessions call for class price & start dates.
