Spin classes require a sign up to secure a bike.  Please email lyaccickoakley@yahoo.com or call the studio 676-0238 to sign up.  There is a sign up sheet at the front desk.  Please note that if you are not there at the start of class your bike will be given up to anyone waiting.  Please call or email if you won't be attending so we can open up your spot :) Thanks.

Power Fit:

If you cardioo get cardio and toning and get it done fast, this class is for you. 

No fooling around here!  Get in & Get it done in just 30 minutes. Burn Fat & Tone Up! 

Can be modified for all levels.

 

 

Bands,Bosuls, and Bosu:

Tfavoriteour favorite tools at the studio are bands, bbosu, & bosu. This class incorporates the trio though the entire class!  The bonus of utilising them is that your core is being challenged the whole time!  You can expect a full body workout in this class!

 

Spin & Sculpt: 

A Combo class of both indoor cycling and weight training /toning!  Full body workout.  This is a 55 minute workout.

 

Spin & Abs: 

This is a 40-min spin/ride with Ab training at the end for 15 minutes.

  

 

   

 

Light:

Stay strong with these classes that are designed for ages 60+.  These workout programs are perfect for all fitness levels.  Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and agility, which will support the skills required for your daily life activities.

 

 

Tabata: 

 

The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkableTabatats. A Tabata workout (alTabataled a Tabata sequence) is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes.
How effective can just 4 minutes of exercise be? ... Very. You will be amazed at how intense the four minutes of exercise will feel. The intervals tax both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

BalletoneNG>Balletone:
This class is a mix of balletpilates and pilates. It is very flowing and will work every muscle in your body.  The great part is you don't have to be coordinated and is for all fitness levels.
 

ZumbaONG>Zumba:

Latin dance class.  Good for all levels of fitness and rhythm!

 

Sign up Saturdays: Each class will be held only if there are at leaPRE4 people PRE signed up.  You must be signed up by Thursday of each week.   You can sign up in the studio, by email, or by calling 734-231-8491.  On Fridays, if we have to cancel a Saturday class, only the people signed up will be contacted.  If you do sign up and no show 2 or more times you cannot be counted towards the 4 needed. “Sign up” Saturdays will only be held during July and August.  We will go back to our regular classes in September.
