Spin classes require a sign up to secure a bike. Please email lyaccickoakley@yahoo.com or call the studio 676-0238 to sign up. There is a sign up at the front desk you can put your name down when you are in the studio. Please note that if you are not there at the start of class your bike will be given up to anyone waiting. Please call or email if you won't be attending so we can open up your spot :) Thanks.

PowerFit 25:
If you want to get in your cardio and your toning and get it done fast, this class is for you.
No fooling around here! Get in & Get it done in just 30 minutes. Burn Fat & Tone Up!
Can be modified for all levels.
3-2-1:
My new favorite workout is to follow this format....3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of Abs! This is the format throughout the class! Love it! Awesome workout :)
Bands, Balls & Bosu:
Three of our favorite tools at the studio are bands, balls, & the bosus! This class incorporates the trio thou the entire class! The bonus of utilising them is that your core is being challenged the whole time! You can expect a full body workout in this class!
Spin & Sculpt:
A Combo class of both indoor cycling and weight training /toning! Full body workout. This is a 55 minute workout.
Spin & Abs:
This is a 40-min spin/ride with Ab training at the end for 15 minutes.
SexyBack Boot Camp Fitness Class:
A combination circuit class that includes everything from cardio to weight training,
all in a single workout session. All levels welcome.
YogaFit Class:
YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. The YogaFit style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.
Light:
Stay strong with these classes that are designed for ages 60+. These workout programs are perfect for all fitness levels. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and agility, which will support the skills required for your daily life activities.
PowerBox:
An energetic, fat-blasting interval kickboxing class utilising body bars and punching bags.
